Customer Support – Representative
Job Summary

A Customer Support Representative is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and servicing E-business solutions to selected corporate dealers, including websites, domain name registrations, search engine submissions, email accounts and additional products/services. Determine the status of service requests being handled by Customer Support Specialists or other departments.


• Receive, manage, and resolve inbound customer service/support inquiries.
• Spot-editing of client websites.
• Gain extensive knowledge of the tools, services and third-party system integrations that apply to our independent dealer websites.
• Gain familiarity with projects representative is not directly assigned to.
• Keep track of personal productivity–time spent on tasks and number of tasks completed.
• Cover phone shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and be able to cover holes in coverage as needed.
• Know who to go to for information and how to initiate task requests.
• Work with multiple departments on fulfilling customer needs.
• Track information we receive via fax, mail, and email.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Strong phone presence, high level of professionalism.
• Proven customer service/support skills/results.
• Minimum intermediate-level computer skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible.
• Ability to track time spent on projects and quantify work you have done.

Software Skills

• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (or Outlook Express) – similar software experience is acceptable.
• Skills related to internet usage strongly desired – browsing programs, email software, web-based applications, and search engine basics.
• (Preferred) – Basic HTML.
• (Preferred) – Basic Photoshop or equivalent graphics program experience.


• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience required.

    Quality Control Analyst

    The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to monitor, troubleshoot, assess, and assign both IT and application issues. This includes tracking submitted issues, following up with unresolved issues, testing of issue fixes, and communication of the issue fix to the appropriate party. The Quality Assurance Analyst is also responsible for analyzing newly developed applications and testing them for usability and functionality.
