Job Summary

The Sales Representative  establishes, maintains, and services online business solutions to selected financial services representatives. This position also practices a proactive approach to customer support with the focus on relationship building and business retention. The ultimate responsibilities of the position are client retention and revenue generation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with clients on a proactive basis to establish a strong relationship that focuses on customer retention
  • Educate clients on product and program enhancements to secure the customer base and increase monthly revenue through scheduled phone appointments
  • Compile reports based upon data gathered from communications with clients to assist with new product development and feedback on current products
  • Identify product/branch champions to help open doors to possible branch conference calls, regional calls, and other forms of lead generation
  • Provide assistance with site maintenance and feature selections to benefit the clients’ site traffic
  • Complete special projects for our clients including, but not limited to, opt-ins, call campaigns, and product and client research
  • Possible travel to client presentations, branch visits, or other client functions when necessary
  • Establish, maintain, and report on appointments, calendar, and goals

Position Requirements

  • Strong phone presence, high level of professionalism
  • Proven customer service and sales skills and results
  • Minimum intermediate-level computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Strong multi-tasking, production tracking, and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility required in daily routine
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) or similar software experience is acceptable
  • Prefer Photoshop or equivalent graphics program experience

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years related customer service or sales experience required

  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Extensive typing
  • Light lifting

    Quality Control Analyst

    The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to monitor, troubleshoot, assess, and assign both IT and application issues. This includes tracking submitted issues, following up with unresolved issues, testing of issue fixes, and communication of the issue fix to the appropriate party. The Quality Assurance Analyst is also responsible for analyzing newly developed applications and testing them for usability and functionality.
