Creating a website program for your professional network is just the beginning. To be successful, your network needs to participate. Additionally, as the program evolves, it is important to communicate on an ongoing basis to educate your agents and advisors on new features and best practices for success. Our experienced marketing and client services teams ensure that we gain maximum participation and are appropriately communicating evolutions to the program.

Promotional opportunities
From time to time, we offer promotional opportunities to encourage program participation. If you have special events, local meetings, or national conventions, we are happy to set up a special promotion to encourage on site registrations.

Participation campaigns
Simply putting the website program contact information in a newsletter isn’t going to create successful participation levels. Our client services teams will make sure we contact each of your agents and advisors to answer their questions, inform them of their opportunities, and assist them in the registration and set up process.

Online portal
We’ll create a dedicated website for your website program. Your online portal will provide product demos, reference materials, on demand training, success stories, and registration forms. This is the central hub for your website program is a great way for agents and advisors to learn about their opportunities.

Monthly newsletters
Each month, we develop a newsletter to inform participating agents and advisors of new products/services/features, best practices, and success stories. This is part of our ongoing commitment to maximize each customer’s experience.
