Creating and distributing pre-approved messages, articles, brochures, and content for your network ensures that your products and services are presented in a consistent and appropriate way. It is also the best way to ensure your agents & advisors have a robust and complete website presence from the day their website is activated. Our content management system provides all of the tools you need to manage the content resources available for your agent or advisor network.

Distribute pre-approved website content
Ensure that your agents and advisors are speaking on-brand and have content on all web pages by making pre-approved content available to them. This content can be easily added and managed through the online website editor.

Complete article and brochure management
Communicate product and service features and benefits directly to customers through articles and brochures. Extend marketing distribution through your agent and advisor network.

Provide instructional comments for users
In each section of the website editor, you can provide direction, instructions, and suggestions for appropriate content use for that section. This is a great way to inform your network of the best way to utilize each page of their website.

Post messages directly to user dashboards
Communicate directly to all website editor users by posting timely messages to the website editor dashboards. Inform your network of new articles, brochures, features and well… just about anything in real time.
