We understand that some of our customers prefer to learn at their own pace. Others may forget how to do something and require a quick and simple refresher on a given task. We create a customized on demand video training library that highlights using every feature in our website editing portal.

Live interactive webinars
From time to time, we host live interactive webinars to educate your agents & advisors on the features and benefits of the website program. We take a “small group” approach to allow for question and answer sessions which is very valuable for webinar participants. Best of all, our webinars are FREE to attend.

Quality Control Analyst

The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to monitor, troubleshoot, assess, and assign both IT and application issues. This includes tracking submitted issues, following up with unresolved issues, testing of issue fixes, and communication of the issue fix to the appropriate party. The Quality Assurance Analyst is also responsible for analyzing newly developed applications and testing them for usability and functionality.
